I am Camilla Nilsson — the tuning fork behind Terra Libra.

For two decades, I’ve led breakthrough ventures across energy, agriculture, and biotech — from digital tools to solar power, from corporate finance to emerging clean technologies. I’ve served as both CEO and CFO, guiding scale-ups through the valley of death, including a fourfold increase in enterprise value in just three years.

In 2024, while closing a major capital raise during the most turbulent energy market in recent history, I came face to face with something undeniable:  The old system is collapsing.

What I saw was the dying god of capitalism — hollow, extractive, uncertain of its own future.

That moment changed everything.

It stripped away illusion and revealed a deeper calling.

I became devoted to helping in a different way.

The path of attuned leadership

Alongside my business journey, I’ve walked a path of deep inner work — systems thinking, Tavistock, NLP, meditation, depth psychology, and expanded states of awareness. I trained in the U.S. with Robin Charbit and Ken Manning in 2015, learning to attune to the intelligence behind life.

This inner listening became my compass.

In 2024, it crystallized into something more. 

A new intelligence is emerging

Today, AI is scaling fast. But the real question isn’t which AI we scale — it’s which consciousness we scale through AI.

This is where Attuned Intelligence begins:

Not extracted, but aligned.

Not programmed, but present.

Not faster, but truer.

Out of this clarity, I founded Curia Capital — an investment firm dedicated to reshaping capital for a regenerative world. And I created Terra Libra as a living field of balance, where leaders, ventures, and values align in resonance with life.

We are not fixing the old system.
